Unless otherwise stated, each design is made to order, therefore time scales will vary depending on your individual requirements.

Generally speaking, the design and production process takes between 3-5 business days from order to dispatch.

Please contact the shop before purchase if you require a shorter time frame and Heather will try her very best to meet your needs.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery. Please allow 1-2 business days from dispatch. Orders are not tracked or recorded but this and faster delivery options can be arranged by contacting: hello@thetokenhunter.co.uk

For International buyers your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed. Tracked & Signed is a combination service offering full end-to-end tracking, signature on delivery and an online delivery confirmation.

Delivery times will vary depending on destination. Please allow 3-5 days for Europe and 10-14 days for International. Delivery charges will be calculated at Checkout.

Unfortunately due to the bespoke nature of each charm The Token Hunter does not offer a return and refund policy.
