We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Orders can be processed directly through this website. The Token Hunter processes card payments securely via Paypal/Credit Card payment facility. All transactions are processed using a secure server. The Token Hunter does not hold any customer card details and will never pass your personal details onto another party.

All orders are required to be paid for upon submission of the order via The Token Hunter website or over the phone using the Paypal/Credit Card payment facility. Orders will not be processed or dispatched until funds have cleared.

Your privacy and security are very important to us. The Token Hunter will not share your email, address or any other details with any other party. Please read below for more information.

We have no direct contact with any of your financial details such as bank account or credit card information during any part of the payment process. Only your basic personal details are available to us, specifically relating to your order - Name, email and the billing/delivery addresses which you provide during checkout.

Your personal details are never stored on a local computer. Your basic personal details are printed solely for the purposes of providing a delivery note, and any surplus copies are destroyed before disposal.

The Token Hunter will only contact you if necessary on matters arising directly from you order and not for any other purposes (unless you have signed up for our mailing list, see below).

Our mailing list is available on an opt-in basis only. If you have chosen to subscribe to our mailing list the email address you provide will not be passed on to any other companies and will only be used by us as stated, that is, infrequent emails about products, news etc. You can opt out by unsubscribing at any time.

Our website uses cookies; by using our website or agreeing to these terms of service, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with the terms of our Privacy and Cookies Policy.

Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. Please note that there may be some variation in the colour, texture and finish of goods shown on the website due to varying computer monitors and we cannot be held responsible for any variations in colour that may arise caused by your browser or computer software.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice. We will always contact you via email should such inaccuracies affect your order.

By using our website, products and services hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against all and any liabilities, losses, damages, expenses and costs (including legal expenses and amounts paid in settlement of any demand, action or claim) arising, directly or indirectly, out of a breach by you of any of your obligations under these terms of sale.

Nothing in these terms of sale will limit or exclude your or our liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any matter for which it would be illegal to limit or exclude, or attempt to limit or exclude, liability.

Subject to this:

(a) our liability in connection with any product purchased through our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of the relevant product and the replacement cost of the relevant product;

(b) we will not under any circumstances be liable for any loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data or waste of management or office time, or loss of goodwill or reputational damage; and

(c) we will not be liable for any losses arising out of a force majeure event.

Prices of our products are subject to change without notice. All items are offered subject to availability at time of ordering. However, should an item be out of stock there may be short delays in delivery and we will notify you immediately. The Token Hunter will have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

If you wish to cancel an order please contact the studio at hello@thetokenhunter.co.uk - By placing a bespoke order with us you are committing to our 'Made to Order' process meaning there is limited opportunity to cancel or change an order due to the bespoke nature of our service.

The Token Hunter uses a variety of delivery companies to deliver your goods. these companies deliver within standard working hours of 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods can be received within these timescales. We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 days, subject to stock availability. Bespoke orders and made to order products may take longer, you will be contacted at the time of ordering with an estimated dispatch date.

No VAT is added as The Token Hunter is currently not a VAT registered company. Import duties or taxes may be incurred by the customer if ordering for delivery to a country outside of the UK. The Token Hunter is not responsible for any import duties or tax which may be applicable in your country.

We accept returns in their original packaging, unused, within 14 days. Items are to be returned at the customers expense via a trackable method. Bespoke orders are non refundable unless damaged or faulty upon receipt of goods.

Some of our products are made solely by hand, variations in size, shape and markings add character to the product and are not deemed to be a fault. The Token Hunter will not accept any liability for defects or faults occurring as a result of processing or after treatment by an external source, and will not accept any claims for any loss or issue arising thereafter.

These Terms and Conditions may be changed by The Token Hunter at any time at our sole discretion. Such changes will be posted on this website and as a result you will be notified. Revised Terms and Conditions will take effect 7 days after posting.
